to 200 μm. The hot-dip galvanizing has a good covering ability, the
coating is dense, and there is no organic matter inclusion. The
corrosion resistance of hot dip galvanizing is much higher than
that of cold galvanizing.

The Pre galvanized layer is generally from5 μm to 25 μm, The
treatments before galvanization allow the product to be
conveniently plated with a zinc coating and also ensure uniform
coating thickness, strong coating adhesion, and improved corrosion
resistance
